       USER MANUAL:     PL     /     EN

sterile non-absorbable, braided, synthetic suture composed of Polyethylene terephthalate (polyester). Polyester Sutures are dyed green / blue and coated with Silicon which grants extraordinary smoothness, softness and non-thrombogenic features to the suture.

Polyester surgical sutures are made from high-molecular-weight, long, linear polyesters with repeating aromatic rings as an integral part of their structure.

Polyester sutures are braided for optimal handling properties and are dyed green for better visibility in the operating field. They are coated with silicone, which gives them exceptional smoothness, softness, and antithrombogenic properties. Polyester sutures are available in USP sizes: from USP 5 to 6/0. Polyester surgical sutures meets all the requirements of EP and USP for non-absorbable surgical sutures.

CHARACTERISTICS

  1. High tensile strength

  2. Excellent handling properties

  3. Minimal tissue reaction

  4. Easy and secure knotting

INDICATIONS
